Collective Agreement 2025–2026
At Selle Royal Group, we believe that a structured and ongoing dialogue with labor representatives is a strategic factor in supporting organizational growth and employee well-being. Collaboration and constructive engagement are essential elements in fostering balanced, responsible, and sustainable development.
In this context, an experimental Collective Agreement has been signed to promote initiatives aimed at the professional, personal, economic, and social development of employees. The Agreement includes targeted measures in the areas of welfare, skills development through the introduction of a training hours bank, as well as initiatives to support parenthood and promote equal opportunities. Examples include additional paternity leave, a nursery bonus for new parents returning from parental leave, and greater access to part-time work.
The ultimate objective of the Collective Agreement is to establish a set of shared measures designed to strengthen a model of labor relations based on dialogue, transparency, and responsibility.
