Based in Selle Royal Group's headquarters, the iCare Planet Committee is a team made of up employees from across departments, who are interested in and sensitive to environmental issues. They propose training, information and awareness-raising activities related to environmental sustainability on a voluntary basis.

Thanks to the iCare Planet Committee, set up in 2019, a series of actions have been already been implemented. The Act Now action guide launched by the UN was distributed to raise awareness of good practices for separate waste collection and energy saving in the office and at home, and coffee machines and water dispensers were installed that allow for use of reusable cups and water bottles, saving at least 150,000 plastic cups per year.

The company's path towards sustainability is also demonstrated by the ISO 50001 – Energy Management System – and ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System (EMS). Both standards, obtained by the parent company Selle Royal SpA, certify that the value chain management policy is in line with present and future environmental challenges.
