iCare is our Corporate Social Responsibility project: a series of ethical objectives we have set ourselves in order to improve the financial, environmental and social conditions of everything that has to do with Selle Royal Group.

We believe that good business conduct does not simply mean abiding by the laws that are already in place, but also making a series of voluntary and virtuous choices that trans-late our values to everyday behaviours that are shared with our employees.

Inspired by the verb “to care”, iCare uses the first person singular because we would like every employee to feel like an active and responsible part of the project, in a full spirit of organisational citizenship.

iCare initiatives are divided into three groups:
People: focus on people
Planet: focus on the environment
Participation: focus on the community
