Our commitment to building a world full of bikes starts with our company. That is why we created Bike Academy, a series of video tutorials designed to promote the culture of cycling among the people who work for Selle Royal Group.

Made by “bike expert” employees for their colleagues, the videos are available on Selle Royal Group’s communication and training channels. They delve into topics related to cycling and the cyclist's lifestyle.

For example, some clips compare different bike categories and cycling types, others explore certain aspects of bike mechanics, and others still give tips on how to cycle to work or how to pedal safely in city traffic.

Bike Academy is just one of Selle Royal Group’s initiatives to promote bicycle use among its employees. Others include flexible working hours to encourage biking to work or bike training during lunch break. Facilities such as showers, changing rooms, and lockers are available for employees to use before returning to work.

Promoting bike use also involves partnering with institutional bodies to increase road safety and with tour operators specialising in guided bike tours exploring the local area. The latter are aimed at employees and their families.
